With over 30 years' professional experience in the boy's action/adventure arena, writer/editor Simon Furman and artist/designer Andrew Wildman together are Wildfur Productions, creators of original concepts, custom comics and more. Renowned for their work, past and present, on the worldwide phenomenon that is Transformers, both Furman and Wildman remain at the peak of their popularity with fans and collectors, appearing regularly at fan conventions and comic conventions, both in the UK and US. While both have vast experience and numerous credits in the comic book industry (and a huge number of creator contacts), neither is exclusively bound to the one media. Simon Furman has written for TV animation, audio drama, hardback non-fiction and advertising, as well as editing comics and books for IPC Magazines, Marvel (UK) and Titan Books, while Andrew Wildman has developed a number of projects within the games industry and designed characters for TV animation.
So why Wildfur? Though busy in their own right, Furman and Wildman wanted to both create and develop new concepts and concentrate on building an editorial infrastructure unique in its ability to offer a wide variety of quality services in the publishing and TV field. Wildfur's publishing arm is a one-stop shop for multimedia companies looking for collectible bonus material for their in-store product, publishers needing an extra editorial option, licensors looking to maximise their product brand profile or creators looking to develop concepts professionally.

For as long as I can remember I have been drawing. And, with determination and hard work I became one of the lucky ones who managed to make a living as an artist. I have had the distinct pleasure of working in Comics, Games and TV on some amazing projects. Some of those were childhood dreams come true such as drawing Spider-man, and X-Men comics for Marvel as well as a number of their other books. I have also had the distinct honour of being a significant part of the Transformers universe with many comics and art projects along with appearances at conventions all over the world. The years illustrating comics were followed by Concept Design work for a couple of games studios. In more recent years I have been working as a Storyboard Artist on many live action shows including Doctor Who and Luther for the BBC and The Alienist and The Innocents for Netflix as well as working as a Production Designer and Storyboard Artist for TV on children’s animated shows like Ruff-Ruff, Tweet & Dave and Matt Hatter Chronicles. In the Easter of 2018 I had the distinct pleasure of seeing the show Shane the Chef appear on Channel. The show was co-created and designed by me and its such a joy to see many years of work finally get out there. All this and many engagements as a lecturer and speaker at Schools and Universities.
